Classes, Training, and Outdoor Wellness Experiences
We offer a diverse range of classes so you can move, connect, and find your tribe — from Reformer Pilates and Strength for Older Adults to HIIT, Sculpt, Strength & Conditioning, and Yoga. Our top-class trainers will support and guide you safely through every exercise, for all ages and abilities, from complete novices to seasoned athletes. Beyond the studio, you’ll find a spectacular cold spring lake nestled in the field alongside a wood-fired sauna for transformative hot–cold therapy, plus an outdoor gym complete with astroturf and a running track.
After class you can relax with a warm brew from the self-serve tea station in our beautifully restored 19th-century coach house, an opportunity to unwind in the eclectic bar and lounge space, or (in the warmer months) gather around the fire pit in the stunning Moroccan garden.
