… in a Hyrox-style training workout in our outdoor gym in the field and running track to build strength and resilience. Then shift gears – indulge in the heat of the traditional wood-fired outdoor sauna, recharge with a revitalising cold-water dip in the natural spring lake, and let your body recover.
To close the day, unwind with calming yoga, deep stretches, and breathwork designed to relax your nervous system, release tension and blockages, and restore balance. You’ll leave feeling strong, energised, and completely at ease – ready for anything life throws your way.

What does the day look like?
- 9:30am - 10:30am Hyrox in the outdoor gym and running track
- 10:30am - 1:30pm Outdoor spring pool and sauna experience and light lunch and warming tea
- 1:30pm - 3:00pm Stretch, Yoga, breath work
