… with a dynamic Reformer Pilates class designed to mobilise and strengthen. Expect a blend of Pilates and strength-based exercises using weights to leave you feeling both powerful and balanced.
The journey continues with yoga, breathwork, and meditation to ground the mind and restore calm. After movement comes deep relaxation — enjoy full use of the spa and wellness facilities, including the outdoor spring lake and traditional wood-fired outdoor sauna, indoor infrared and wet sauna, eucalyptus infused steam room. Unwind in our indoor relaxation spaces and indulge in the outdoor heated hot tub.

Timetable
What does the day look like?
- 9:30am - 11:00am Reformer Pilates and strength
- 11:00am - 2:00pm Use of indoor spa facilities, light lunch and warming tea
- 2:00pm - 3:30pm Yoga, breath work, meditation
