Your retreat ends in pure relaxation —  Unwind in our  infrared and wet saunas, eucalyptus infused steam room, indulge in the outdoor heated hot tub and tranquil relaxation spaces overlooking the fields where you can curl up with a book, sip tea, and let the world melt away as you find complete ease.

Timetable

What does the day look like?

  • 9:30am - 11:30am Morning rise Yoga, meditation, breath work and journaling
  • 11:30am - 2:30pm Use of indoor spa facilities, light lunch and warming tea
  • 2:30pm - 3:30pm Final meditation and breath work
